RE: Address Change Memorandum
DATE: October 1, 2007
It has been brought to my attention that Lots 1, 9, 10, 11, and 12 within Block 10 on the Trail Head
Plat should have been addressed with odd numbers off of Roaring Creek Dr, but were instead
addressed using even numbers. Roaring Creek Dr. was addressed as a North / South Street, and
thus the lots need to be changed to odd numbered addresses as indicated below.
Hereafter:
Lot l of Block 10 was 802, will now carry 803 Roaring Creek Dr.
Lot 9 of Block 10 was 826, will now carry 827 Roaring Creek Dr.
Lot 10 of Block 10 was 820, will now carry 821 Roaring Creek Dr.
Lot l 1 of Block 10 was 814, will now carry 815 Roaring Creek Dr.
Lot 12 of Block 10 was 808, will now carry 809 Roaring Creek Dr.
Please update your records to reflect these changes.
