It has been brought to my attention that several addresses on the Registry Ridge P.U.D. First Filing
Corrected Plat ( Ref# R-70 2192 ) are incorrect. 1) On sheet 3 of 5, Lot 159 is stated as an even
number, 1250 Dewev Drive, and should have been an odd number, 1251 Dewey Drive. 2) On sheet
4 of 5, Lot 40, a corner lot which has addresses on Luce Court and Ranger Drive, The Ranger Drive
address was expressed as 6803 but should have been stated as 6809.
Hereafter: The address for Lot 40 of Registry Ridge P.U.D. First. Filing Corrected Plat is 6809
Ranger Drive should the house fare on Ranger Drive, or, 1502 Luce Court should the
house fitce on Luce Court.
The address for Lot 159 of Registry Ridge P.U.D. First Filing Corrected Plat is 1251
Dewey Drive;
