RE: Address Change Memorandum
DATE: April 21, 2006
This memorandum is to correct a typo that created a duplicate address in the McClelland's Creek PD
& PLD. The address for Lot 4 Block 3 was given an address of 3702, which was incorrect. The
address for Lot 4 Block 3 should be changed to 3708.
Hereafter: 3702 Lot 4 Block 3 will be 3708 Lot 4 Block 3 in McClelland's Creek PD & PLD.

There was an error made when assigning addresses to McClelland's Creek PD & PLD. The
addresses that are to be changed are on Rock Dove Road and are changed as follows:
Lot 8 Block 1 was 5915 now 5715
Lot 9 Block 1 was 5903 now 5727
Lot 1 Block 3 was 5914 now 5714
Lot 2 Block 3 was 5908 now 5720
Lot 3 Block 3 was 5902 now 5726
Lot 9 Block 3 was 5812 now 5800
Lot 8 Block 2 was 5813 now 5801
