It has been brought to my attention that errors were made in assigning addresses to Warren
Farms Third Filing ( Ref # W-103 , 2184 ). The effected Lots are Lots: 60, 87, 88, 140, and 151.
These are all corner lots and have two addresses assigned until the time that building permits are
issued. At that time, depending upon the facing of the house an appropriate address is selected
from the addresses shown on the addressed plat. With this notice we will extinguish the use of
one of the two addresses and establish replacement addresses.
Lot 60: revise the 3403 Meadowlark Avenue address to 3405 Meadowlark Avenue.
Lot 87: revise the 420 Meadowlark Avenue address to 3344 Meadowlark Avenue.
Lot 88: revise the 426 Meadowlark Avenue address to 3338 Meadowlark Avenue.
Lot 151: revise the 502 Meadowlark Avenue address to 3332 Meadowlark Avenue.
Lot 140: revise the 508 Meadowlark Avenue address to 3326 Meadowlark Avenue.
Please note that these are proposed addresses shown on the address plat ref # W-103 , 2184,
final addresses or these lots will be selected at the time building permits are issued.
Please change your records to reflect this change.
