RE: Address Change Memorandum
DATE: September 30, 2003
It has been brought to my attention that errors were made in the addressing of the Richards Lake
P.U.D. (City of Fort Collins reference = R-75 #2235). The problem exists in the 3000 block of
Moonlight Drive and is located on the Plat sheet 10 of 10. At this location the even and odd
numbers are on the wrong side ofthe street. The affected lots are: 85, 96, and 95-101. To remedy
the problem the addresses for lots 85, 86, and 95 will increase by one and creating odd numbers,
and, the addresses for lots 96-101 will decrease by one creating even numbers.
llereafter: The addresses for these lots will be: Lot 85 = 3021; Lot 86 = 3027; Lot 95 = 3051;
Lot 96 = 3050; Lot 97 = 3044; Lot 98 = 3038, Lot 99 = 3032; Lot 100 = 3026;
and Lot 101 = 3020 Moonlight Drive.
Please change your records to reflect this change.
