With the construction of Rigden Farm 6"' Filing the street alignments for Drake Road and Ziegler Road
will he modified. The roads will no longer form the "tee" at the intersection of these roads and the
addresses which are associated with this plan will no longer be functional. These modifications will impact
how the City of Fort Collins Treatment Drakc Water Reclamation Facility is addressed as well as The
hnvironmental Learning Center, Aggrate Industries gravel mine, and the Lafarge batch plant.
With the relocation of Drakc Road and Ziegler Road a new access road has been dedicated with Rigden
Farm 6"' Filing to serve these properties. The road is named Environmental Drive. 1 think the easiest way
to change these addresses is to maintain the current address numbers and just change the street name of
Whatever currently is addressed Isom either Drake Road or Ziegler Road.
Hereafter: 3000 and 3030 E. Drake Road will be 3000 and 3036 Environmental Drive.
2400 and 3000 Ziegler Road (AKA- South C.R. #9) will be 2400 and 3000
Environmental Drive.

Upon review, it has been brought to my attention that my memorandum dated September 21, 2005 which
changed the addresses on East Drake Road and Ziegler Road both to Fnvironmental Drive addresses is
problematic. With the moving of all addresses to one street name a duplicate 3000 Environmental Drive
address was generated so that there are now two separate locations with the same physical address. It has
also made an awkward addressing sequence by applying one street name to two different address grids, one
being Fast/West and the other North 'South.
To remedy this situation 1 will rescind the assi�mment of the Ziegler Road addresses to Environmental
Drive. 'this places Environmernal Drive in the west 3000 block only and impacts the addresses 3000 and
3036 fast Drake Road. These are the addresses for Aggregate Industries and the City of Fort Collins
'I rcatment Drake Water Reclamation Facility respectively.
Hereafter: 3000 and 3036 East Drake Road will be 3000 and 3036 Environmental Drive.
2400 and 3000 Ziegler Road will retain their current addresses until the realignment of Ziegler
Road is completed.
