It has been brought to my attention that errors have been made with the addressing of Harvest
Park Subdivision, Fillh Filing (City of Fort Collins Reference = H-1 15 #2377); the addresses on
I larvest ['ark Lane and Rock Creek Drive of Block 2 duplicate the addresses on Block I. 1'he
âť‘ddresscs for Block 2 should have started with the 2750 range not the 2700 range. The remedy
for this fix is to acid 50 to the existing Block 2 addresses on I [arvest Park Lane and Rock Creek
Drive.
Hereafter:
fhe address for Lot 2 Block 2, 2709 Harvest Park Lane. will become 2759 Harvest Park Lane.
'Fhe address Inr Lot 3 Block 2, 2715 Harvest Park Lane, will become 2765 Ilarvest Park Lane.
The address lot Lot 4 Block 2, 2715 Harvest Park Lane, will become 2771 Harvest Park Lane.
The address for Lot 14 Block 2, 2708 Rock Creek Drive, will become 2758 Rock Creek Drive.
The address for Lot 13 Block 2, 2714 Harvest Park Lane. vviE become 2764 harvest Park Lame.
The address for Lot 12 Block 2, 2720 Harvest Park Lane, will become 2770 Harvest Park Lane.
Please change your records to reflect this change.
