RE: Amended - Address Cdhange Memorandum
DATE: February 13, 2006
The previous memorandum mistakenly specified the addresses as Trestle Dr instead of Trestle Rd. For
clarification it has been redistributed.
There has been a significant change to the addressing of the Sidehill - Filing 2 plat (City of Port Collins
refercnce - ti 252 #2433) and the Sidehill -Filing 1 plat (City of Fort Collins reference 5-248 #2379).
There were a couple of locations that had duplicate addresses between the plats and the Sidehill - Filing 2
was addressed in the wrong north. south hundred block.
The Sidehill Filing 2 plat has been modified and has been re -distributed through our standard process.
'rhe addresses in Sidehill - Filing I that are being changed are as follows.
