']'he previous memorandum mistakenly specified the addresses as Trestle Dr instead of Trestle Rd. For
clarification it has been redistributed.
]'here has been a significant change to the addressing of the Sidehill - Filing 2 plat (City of Fort Collins
reference - S-252 #2433) and the Sidehill - Filing I plat (City of Fort Collins reference z S-248 #2379).
'('here were a couple of kxations that had duplicate addresses between the plats and the Sidehill - Filing 2
was addressed in the wrong north, south hundred block.
The Sidehill -.Filing 2 plat has been modified and has been re -distributed through our standard process.
The addresses in Sidehill - Filing 1 that are being changed are as follows.
Hereafter:
