RE: Amended - Address Change Memorandum
DATE: February 13, 2006
The previous memorandum mistakenly specified the addresses as Trestle Dr instead of Trestle Rd. For
clarification it has been redistributed.
There has heen a significant change to the addressing of the Sidehill - Filing 2 plat (City of bon Collins
reference - S-252 42433) and the Sidehill - Filing I plat (City of Fort Collins reference S-248 #2379).
'Then: were a couple of locations that had duplicate addresses between the plats and the Sidehill - Filing 2
was addressed in the wrong north, south hundred block.
The Sidehill Filing 2 plat has been modified and has been re -distributed through our standard process.
The addresses in Sidehill - Filing I that are being changed are as follows.
Hereafter:
Lot 6, block 5 : 2332 "Trestle Rd. or 2356 Strawfork Dr.
Lot 7, block 5 ; 2326 Trestle Rd.
Lot 8, block 5 : 2320Trestle Rd.
Lol 9, block 5 : 2314 'Trestle Rd.

Lot 11, block 5 : 2302 'Trestle Rd. or 2308 Windrow Dr.
Tract "D", block 4 : 2303 'Trestle Rd, or 2208 Katandin Dr.
