It has been brought to my attention that duee addresses in the Westchase P.U.D. ( City cf Fort Collins
Rcf.= W-107 #2288) are incorrectly expressed.
On sheet 3 of 10: Lot I Block 17 is stated as 2442 Treestead Road, it should read 2402 Treestead Road.
Also, on sheet 3 of 10: Lot 8 Block 18 is stated as 2443 Treestead Road, it should read 2403 Treestead
Road.
On Sheci 9 of HY Lot 7 block 19 is incorrectly expressed as an even number 6508 Westchase Court when
it should have been an odd number: 6509 Westchase Court,
HEREAFTER: The address for Lot 1 Block 17 Westchase Y.U.D. will be 2402 Treestead Road.
The address for Lot 8 Block 18 Westchase P.U.D. will be 2403 Treestead Road.
The address for Lot 7 Block 19 Westchase P.U.D. will be 6509 Westchase Court.
Please change your records to reflect these changes.
