I have assigned the address of 2745 Minnesota Drive to the Pioneer Charter School which is located in
Rigden Farms Filing One on Tract'E'. Because this is a school it doesn't fall under our development
process, there will be no building permit or other review which would distribute this address.
Please make special notice of this and add it into your data bases as necessary.

sheet 6 of 6) the existing structure faces on to Chase Drive yet the address is 2975 Des Moines
Drive; this necessita'[es the need to re -address accordingly. The new address will be 2903 Chase
Drive.
Hereafter: The address for Lot M2 in Rigden Farm Filing One will be 2903 Chase Drive.
Please change your records to reflect this change.
