It has been brought to my attention that clarification of addresses in Block 21 Lots 45 - 49 of the
Fort Collins City Plat is in order: Lot 45 with a portion of Lot 46 is 140 West Mountain Avenue;
the remainder of Lot 46 is 136 West Mountain Avenue; Lot 47 also with a portion of Lot 46 is 134
West Mountain Avenue; Lots 48 and 49 are joined and have the 126 West Mountain Avenue
address and at this address there is also a suite 126A for a unit that exists at the back of the lots.
Please change your records to reflect this change.
