fl_ OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
RENAMING A STREET IN THE BRIDGEFIELD PUD,
PHASE 1 AND 2, FROM "DAEMIAN DRIVE" TO "HAYMARKET STREET"
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Fort Collins has been petitioned to rename "Daemian
Drive" in The Bridgefield PUD, Phase 1 and 2 to "Haymarket Street"; and
WHEREAS, City agencies, the U.S. Postal Service and utility companies have been
contacted regarding the proposed name change and have not reported objections to the proposed
change; and
i WHEREAS, the applicant has duly followed City procedure as outlined under Street Name
Changes of the Department of Community Planning and Environmental Services document titled
"City of Fort Collins Development Manual"; and

E- WHEREAS, the rights of the residents of the City of Fort Collins will in no way be

prejudiced or injured by the renaming of this street; and

m WHEREAS, any cost to be incurred in making the new signs for the street will be charged
X to the applicant.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
x COLLINS, that "D,acmian Drive" located in The Bridgefield PUD, Phase 1 and 2, be renamed
"Haymarket Street."
