RE: Address Change Memorandum
DATE: April 5, 2004
It has been brought to my attention that an error was made in the assigning of the address for The
Collindalc Business Park, Eighth Filing (Ref = C-158 #2378). The address duplicates another
address previously assigned on Caribou Drive. Therefore, the assigned address of 2008 Caribou
Drive will be vacated and the address of 1980 Caribou Drive will replace it.
Hereafter: The address for Lot One Collindale Business Park, Eighth Filing will be 1980
Caribou Drive.
Please change your records to reflect this change.
