RE: Address Change Memo
DATE: January 16, 1996
With the change of access and development of the Woodland Park Estates
P.U.D. the addresses for 3900 and 3910 South County Road #9 were changed by a
memo sent January 5, 1996 to 3226 and 3232 Mesa Verde Street. At the time of this
memo I was unaware that the property east of Woodland Park Estates P.U.D. was in
the process of being subdivided and incorrectly assigned the 3232 Mesa Verde Street
to the 3910 South County #9 addressee. This addressee will by the acceptance of the
Robert Shields Subdivision be located off of Grand Canyon Court. Although it is not the
policy of this department to assign addresses prior to final approval and registration of
plats in this instance it seems appropriate: The address for Lot 4 of The Robert Shields
Subdivision will be 3314 Grand Canyon Court.
Hereafter: What had been 3910 South County Road #9 and changed to 3232 Mesa
Verde Street will be changed to 3314 Grand Canyon Court.
Please change your records to reflect this change.
