(here have been several errors made in establishing the addressing for the Whole Foods Center: City of
Fort Collins reference = W-113 #2384. The address for Whole Foods, Lot I was mistakenly identified as
2201 South College Avenue. The addressed plat shows that it was to be 2207 South College Avenue. The
address assigned bi Lot 2 was 2201. Adding more confusion are the several addresses used for Wilburs
Total Bevcraue: one was 2201 Suite h120, the other was 2203 both on South College Avenue. Neither of
these addresses is correct.
The remedy for these problems is to 1.) Assign 2201 S. College Ave. to Lot I: 2.) Assign 2201-B to Lot 2:
and, 3.) Assign 2201 Suite # 108 to Wilburs Total Beverage. This changes all the addresses on the
addressed plat 11" 113 #2384, and, establishes suite numbers as the method to add business or tenant
addressing to this site.
Hereafter: 'fhe core cted address for The Whole Foods Center, Lot 1 will be 2201 South College
Avenue with suite JUS being assigned for the tenant currently known as Wilburs "Total
Beverage. Lot 2 shall be 2201-B South College Avenue.
Please change your records to reflect this change.
