RE: Address Change Memorandum
DATE: March 23, 1998
The facility at the University Mall has recently been purchased and placed under the
management of D.P.C. Development Company. The facility is being completely renovated and
after the renovation new tenants will be established. In order to help facilitate this sweeping
change and help avoid confusion, new addresses will be assigned by D.P.C. Development
Company based upon units and suites. The base address for the new designations will be 2211
South College Avenue. New billing addresses and meter assignments will be redefined thru the
issuance of the commercial building permits.
There will be several exceptions to the wholesale address change:, Bennigans Restaurant at 2203,
The King Soopers Grocery Store at 2325, the Montgomery Wards building at 2201 is not
included in this property, nor will any of the other tracts be affected. To the best of my
knowledge 2203, 2205, 2213, 2215, 2217, 2219, 2221, 2223, 2225, 2229, 2233, 2235, 2237,
2241, 2245, 2249, 2253, 2257, 2261, 2265, 2273, 2285, 2289, and 2301 is a list of the
addresses which will be eliminated by this change.
Hereafter: The University Shopping Center will have the street address of 2211 South College
Avenue for all units with internal designations assigned by the owners or their assigns
Please change your records to reflect this change.
