DATE: May 4, 2000
I made an error assigning an address to A-Z party Rentals located in the Riverside Subdivision,
Seventh filing, Lots 5-10 ( rcf# IZ-I8 799 ). I had assigned 1602 Riverside Drive unaware that the
address just to the south was 1600 Riverside Drive, creating a situation where a higher address was
above a lower address. To correct this situation an address of 1588 Riverside Drive has been selected
for A-Z parry Rentals.
Hereafter: 1602 Riverside Drive will be changed to 1588 Riverside Drive.
Please change your records to reflect this change.
