The use of the street name "Countryside Drive' on the plat for The Riverbend P.D.P. recorded on
October 9, 2003 at Reception Number 20030129077 ( City of Fort Collins reference R-84 42364)
was incorrect. That name has been modified by an affidavit of correction to be Cairnes Court.
The address for that site is now 702 Cairnes Court.
Hereafter: The address for the Riverbend P.D.P , for all units, will be 702 Cairnes Court.
Please change your records to reflect this change.
