RE: Address Change Memorandum

In order to provide more efficient service and at the request of the owner and occupants the unit
level addresses for 4745 Boardwalk Drive Building D will be modified to be more consistent
With the current standards as established by The Poudre Fire Authority. The unit level addressing
for this project utilized 1000 and 2000 series numbers for the suites and this caused confusion.
To remedy the situation 100 numbers will be used for the suites. These numbers will also
indicate which floor these suites are on, 100 being the first floor and 200 being the second.
Hereafter: Empire Title will be addressed as: 4745 Boardwalk Drive, Building D Suite 101.
Remax (New Home Division) will be addressed as: 4745 Boardwalk Drive,
Building D Suite 103.
Microsoft will be addressed as: 4745 Boardwalk Drive, Building D Suite 200.
Please change your records to reflect this change.
