RE: Address Change Memorandum

While in the process of doing a site inspection at the Harmony Village P U D Replat No.4 (City
of Fort Collins Reference = H-1 14 #2360) Poudre Fire Authority noticed that there was an
inconsistency between the posted address of 4615 S. Timberline Road and the address listed on
the plat, 4609 S. Timberline Road, for Lot 1 B of this development.. Also that the buildings
(there are two) both had the identical address of 4615 S. Timberline Road.
Upon review it was discovered that the builder had utilized the information from the second
replat of Harmony Village P.U.D. to apply for his permit on Replat No. 4. During that period the
lotting and addressing had changed. This error wasn't identified until inspection for their C.O.
In order- to repair this problem the 4615 S. Timberline Road will be extinguished and replaced
with the 4609 S. Timberline Road address. This address is per the current addressed plat for the
site. To distinguish between the buildings the letters "A" and "B" will be used.
HEREAFTER: Lot 1 B of the Harmony Village P U D Replat No. 4 will be addressed 4609 S.
Timberline Road, Building "A" and Building "B"
Please change your records to reflect this change.
