DATE: August 23, 2007
The address assigned to Lot 1 of Harmony School Shops 5th Filing was addressed incorrectly. The
plat shows an address of 2256 E. Harmony Rd, which was addressed to the previous Filing, but
should have been dropped on the 5" Filing. Instead, Lot 1 should have been assigned the address of
2268 E. Harmony Rd.
Hereafter: The property at Lot I of Harmony School Shops 5th Filing should not be addressed as
2256 E. Harmony Rd. but instead that lot will carry an address of 2268 E. Harmony Rd.
Please update your records to reflect this change.
