RE: Address Change Memorandum

'There has been a significant change to the addressing on sheet 3 of the Harmony Ridge Filing 2 plat (City
of Fort Collins reference = H-122 #2426). Rather than continue with the convention of applying a single
building address on town -house structures with the dwellings having unit numbers I have assigned a
separate address to each lot. 'I hus, lots 45 to 59 facing on Fromme Prairie Way have addresses which
begin with 1803 on lot 59 and increment by sixes to 1887 at tot 45 (note: lot 45 is a corner lot and also has
a possible address of 4702 Prairie Vista Drive).
'fhe plat has been meditied and has been re -distributed through our standard process. If you require a copy
of this sheet one can be viewed and printed from w�c�s.cnerdocs.corn or, a copy will be sent to you upon
request.
Hereafter: The addresses for lots 59 thru 45 in Harmony Rirlge Filing 2 have been modified to be 1803,
1809, 1815, 1821, 1827, 1833. 1839. 1845, 1851, 1857, 1863, 1869, 1875, 1881, and
1887 Fromme Prairie Way respectively.
Please change your records to reflect this change.
