RE: Address Change Memorandum

It has been brought to my attention that an address change made several years ago is causing
confusion. To clarify this, it should be noted that the combined Lots 4-5 in the Frey
Subdivision (FC ref. F-4 #110) were separated and a dwelling was placed on Lot 5. Because of
the way the block had previously been addressed assigning an address for Lot 5 impacted the
addresses for Lots 6 and 7.
The address for Lots 6-7 was 1810 West Mountain Avenue however with the need for an address
for Lot 5, incrementing by four to IS12 West Mountain Avenue, created a situation where the
addresses did not increase logically to the end of the block. For this reason the addresses for the
three Lots were modified.
Be it known: That the address for Lot 5 Frey Subdivision is 1812 West Mountain Avenue.
The address for Lot 6-7 Frey Subdivision is 1820 West Mountain Avenue
with an address of 1816 to be added at some later date for Lot 6 should it be
necessary.
Please change your records to reflect this change.
