RE: Address Change Memorandum
DATE: December 16, 2002
It has been brought to my attention that an error was made during the transference of data
between agencies regarding the addressing of Lot 14, Block 3 in Fossil Lake P.U.D., First
Filing. The result of the error produced double addressing to that lot: the address that the
building permit was issued to is 3136 Twin Wash Square where the published address is 3126
Twin Wash Square.
To remedy this situation the 3126 Twin Wash Square address will be extinguished.
Hereafter: Lot 14, Block 3, Fossil Lake P.U.D., First Filing will carry the address of 3136 Twin
Wash Square
Please change your records to reflect this change.
