RE: Address Change Memorandum
DATE: July 17, 2002
This memorandum is being distributed to notify all agencies that with the approval of City of
Fort Collins Resolution 2002-100 all of the street names in the Cottonwood Ridge Subdivision
(City reference: C-140 #2193) have been changed. Please be advised of these changes to your
records:
Kininak Circle is renamed to Pyrenees Drive;
Aqua Fria Drive is renamed to Bordeaux Drive;
Fairchild Drive is renamed to Corsica Drive;
Crystal Brook Court is renamed to Rue Court
Gilpin Drive is renamed to Caravelle Drive
Sarvis Lane is renamed to Picard Lane.
Note: The new street names will be added to the subdivision plat located with the City of Fort
Collins Engineering Department, Technical Services, at 281 North College Avenue but will not
be made to the official copy located with the Larimer County Clerk and Recorder.
Please change your records to reflect this change.
