It has been brought to my attention that the address for The Cortina Subdivision (ReF C-156
#2375) was not listed on the plat per City of Fort Collins filing practices. The address should
have been listed on the plat as: 224 Canyon Avenue.
Hereafter: Lot 1 of the Cortina Subdivision will be 224 Canyon Avenue.
Please change your records to reflect this change.
