At the request of Vantage Properties LLC the addresses for 520 West Myrtle (a portion of Lot 1 Block 75
FTC) and 521 West Myrtle (a portion of Lots 17 and 18 Block 76 FTC) have been reviewed and a change
is in order. Currently both of these properties utilize 112 addresses and this is an obsolete system.
Recently separate electric meters were installed and per our current standard unit designations of 'A' and
'B' were used on the installation permits. This was appropriate however it created double addresses for
these properties. This Is further confused by the different application of the unit numbers at either address.
At 520 'A' is upstairs and 'B' is down stairs. While at 521 'B' is upstairs and 'A' is down stairs. It is
therefore necessary to 1) extinguish the 1/2 addresses in lieu of the alpha characters and 2) establish
consistency in the application of those unit designations so that the 'A' unit is related to the primary unit
and the 'B' unit is related to the secondary unit.
Hereafter: 520 West Myrtle will be 520 West Myrtle, Unit A;
520 1/2 West Myrtle will be 520 West Myrtle, Unit B;
521 West Myrtle will be 521West Myrtle, Unit A;
521 1/2 West Myrtle will be 521 West Myrtle, Unit B.
Please change your records to reflect these changes.
