AD04-18 F COMMUNITY PLANNING AND ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS VACATING A PORTION OF THE UTILITY EASEMENT LOCATED ON RIVERSIDE SUBDIVISION, 1ST AND 6T" FILING. WHEREAS, Section 2.1.5 of the Land Use Code of the City of Fort Collins authorizes the Director of Community Planning and Environmental Services to vacate certain easements by resolution or by approval of replats containing notation of such vacation; and WHERAS, the Owner has requested that the City vacate a portion of the utility easement located on Riverside Subdivision, 1st and 6th Filing. More particularly shown on Exhibit "A". WHEREAS, the vacation has been reviewed and approved by the pertinent City departments and outside agencies, which departments and agencies report no objections to the vacation/dedication. NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Director of Community Planning and Environmental Services of the City of Fort Collins, that a utility easement located on Riverside Subdivision, 1st and 6th Filing, more particularly shown on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, is hereby vacated. Passed and adopted at an administrative hearing held by the Director of Current Planning as the delegee of the Director of Community Planning and Environmental Services of the City of Fort Collins this 1-4.,kA day of September 2004.
