GENERAL NOTES 1. ALL MATERIALS, WORKMANSHIP, AND CONSTRUCTION OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS 1 SHALL MEET OR EXCEED THE STANDARDS AND SPECIFICATIONS SET FORTH IN THE LARIMER COUNTY URBAN AREA STREET STANDARDS AND APPLICABLE STATE AND FEDERAL REGULATIONS. WHERE THERE IS CONFLICT BETWEEN THESE PLANS AND THE SPECIFICATIONS, OR ANY APPLICABLE STANDARDS, THE MOST RESTRICTIVE STANDARD SHALL APPLY. ALL WORK SHALL BE INSPECTED AND APPROVED BY THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS. 2.
