Box 580 Fort Collins, CO 80522 Dear Mike: This letter is written to describe the proposed design on several items on Provincetowne P.U.D. which were originally discussed with you in our meeting on August 30, 1993, and again today on the phone. These items are as follows: 1. Province Road from Brittany to the west property line of this project - prior to our meeting you had indicated that Dueck would be required to construct this portion of Province Road. At our meeting we discussed several alternative options, since Dueck does not own the right- of-way on which to build the road. The most feasible option, and the way we are proceeding, is to dedicate an easement for and construct the walk on our property, prepare the design for Province Road and pay for our share of the future construction of Province Road. 2. Sidewalk adjacent to one acre lots - the improvements adjacent to these lots will be based on the rural street 5ta;;da wliic.. ins-Iudas roll-over cuio aliu gutter, no sidewalk, and a 28 foot wide street. A street width variance was submitted by us and approved at the preliminary hearing for this project. 4'Q 1.11E ' <I,w Kiza 0. Median island landscaping - I have spoken to Pastor Tim Runtsch who is the pastor and project manager for the Redeemer Lutheran Church about landscaping the islands adjacent to their property. These off -site medians will not be included in our project, but he said the church will consider landscaping them, perhaps in conjunction with our project. We propose to landscape and irrigate the islands adjacent to our property. I have spoken to Matt Baker concerning a repay agreement for property owners across the street from these islands, where undeveloped land exists. He agrees with this approach and ham iormb which we can use to set up the re-paymei,L. If you have any questions, please give me a call. Sincerely,,' l67. Donald M.
