1. Use directional ramps for the pedestrian crossings.
2. Show the walk between lots 12 and 13 connecting out to the existing sidewalk to the west.
3. Would like to receive a copy of the traffic study. v,'
4. All street design needs to meet current standards.
5. One off -lot parking space is required to be provided for each lot abutting the cul-de-sac. Will
need to show that they can be provided on street with the driveway locations or provide a center
island with parking or provide off-street parking in a tract.
