NO PROBLEMS PROBLEMS/CONCERNS AS FOLLOWS: Comcast Cable will not vacate the 10 foot utility easement. We currently have facilities in this easement to service the homes. Comcast will need to have continuance utility easements from lot to lot to keep our facilities in service. At this time Qwest has distribution cable running through these utility easements and my fear is the building footprints and back decks proposed for these easements will conflict with placed telephone structure. I have spoken with our ROW agent, Donald Somer (970-350-2922) and he is unwilling to vacate these easements lest we are forced to move our structure in the future at Qwest's expense.
