Subject: Maple Hill 1st Replat two (2) consecutive one-year extensions
Dear Mr. Sollenberger,
The City of Fort Collins has reviewed and approved your request for two
consecutive one year extensions to the Maple Hill 1st Replat PDP originally
approved on September 6, 2003. Based on this extension, all engineering
improvements (water, sewer, streets, curb, gutter, street lights, fire hydrants and
storm drainage) must be completed no later than September 6, 2008.
Pursuant to Section 2.2.11(D) (4) of the Land Use Code, two consecutive one
year extensions are the maximum number I'm authorized to grant. Any
additional requests for extension may only be authorized by the Planning and
Zoning Board.
