Comments:
1. Please provide a utility plan cover sheet per LCUASS, including an index, City signature block,
the LCUASS general notes or reference to the appendix containing the general notes, a vicinity
map, etc.
2. It appears that the ROW shown doesn't match what the City has on file. Our files show the
ROW located approximately 33' from the west edge of asphalt for Overland Trail. Please double
check this and make sure the ROW is in the correct location.
3. See redlines for any further comments.

Responses to comments made by Enaineerine
A cover sheet, City signature blocks, and reference to the appendix containing the
general notes are included with the revised plans.
2. We believe the ROW is correct as shown on the plans. We have researched this at
Larimer County and have been in contact with the County surveyor. It should be
pointed out that the west half of the Right of Way of Overland Trail is outside the
City limits, according the Larimer County GIS.
