Number: 15 Created: 4/7/2006 (417/06] A development construction permit (DCP) will be needed for the work within the right-of-way. This permit can not be issued until the plans are approved, copies of such provided and the inspection fees and security for the public infrastructure work are provided. Number: 16 Created: 4/7/2006 [4/7/06] City signature blocks are needed on the plans. Number: 17 Created: 4/7/2006 [4/7/06] The access drive out to shields. It doesn't quite line up with Westbury Drive across the street. The access drive needs to line up for both intersections to work properly. Number: 18 Created: 4/7/2006 [4/7/06] The access drive needs to be built in accordance with detail #707 "high volume driveway'. It will not be a crosspan, but a driveway apron where it is concrete to the property line. The curb return radii are to be 20 foot. Rotate the manhole ring so it is not in the sidewalk or move the tie in further east a bit. Number: 20 Created: 4/7/2006 [4/7/06] Need some additional elevations at the access driveway. This is needed to verify the design and to be able to verify and inspect the construction in the field. Number: 21 Created: 4/7/2006 [4/7/06] Add the following note regarding street cuts to Sheets C1.0, C2.0, and C1.2: Limits of street cut are approximate. Final limits are to be determined in the field by the City Engineering Inspector. All repairs to be in accordance with City street repair standards. Number: 22 Created: 4/7/2006 [4/7/06] Please take a look at Appendix E for the City's scanning criteria. There is a lot on these plans and not everything is readable. Number: 23 Created: 4/7/2006 [4/7/06] Where the bus pullout is being designed. Where the sidewalk is attached adjacent to the bus pull out it needs to be a minimum of 6 feet wide. Number: 24 Created: 4/7/2006 [4/7/06] As was discussed in the 2/1/06 meeting additional right-of-way needs to be dedicated for the area where the sidewalk now extends behind the existing right-of-way. An easement or right-of-way also needs to be provided for the area where the bus pad and shelter are to be placed. I can provide standard form for these. Number: 25 Created: 4/7/2006 [4/7/06] Please coordinate with Transfort regarding the minimum pad size needed for the bus pullout and show what is to be built for the pad. Number: 26 Created: 4/7/2006 [4/7106] Please remove details #708 and # 710 from the plans as they are for street intersections and do not apply to the access driveway installation. Number: 27 Created: 4/7/2006 [4/7/06] Please provide details #707 high volume driveway detail and #701 vertical curb and gutter. [4/71061 A development construction permit (DCP) will be needed for the work within the right-of-way. Number: 20 Created: 4/7/2006 [5/11/06] At the access driveway please provide a flowline elevation at the center of the driveway. We need enough design and construction information on these plans that they can be used for inspection and construction of the work. The flowline slope across the street seems very flat. Is this what is actually out there? It calculates out at .26%. This is flat enough that if the work is a little off you could have pooling, icing and standing water problems within the driveway. [4/7/06] Need some additional elevations at the access driveway. This is needed to verify the design and to be able to verify and inspect the construction in the field. Number: 30 Created: 511112006 [5/11/06] This information is just for the designing engineer. These plans do not meet the City of Fort Collins scanning criteria and would not be accepted as is if this was a developer Signature 5/l Ile, ([1 Date CHECK HERE IF YOU WISH TO RECEIVE COPIES OF REVISIONS Plat Site Drainage Report Other_ Utility < Redline Utility Landscape Page 1 project. We do not consider a change to the sheet a revision until plans have been signed and approved. Thus all changes made before signature show not be bubbled. Number: 32 Created: 5/1112006 [5/11/06] For the bus bay Label the depth of the bus bay. I don't care so much what the profile of the bus bay curb is, since the bus bay is to slope out to the flowline at a 2% grade. I do need a profile or enough elevations and stationing along the flowline to build and inspect that. Just drawing a straight line from where the bus curbs start/end (leaves the flowline) it looks like a portion of the bus bay may not be draining out toward the street. If additional row for the bus stop is not going to be provided the easement that is needed is a Public Access and Transit Easement. This covers the sidewalk use, the bus stop and associated facilities. Number: 33 Created: 5/11/2006 [5/11106] The asphalt paving sections need to be labeled for use on site. All paving sections for work within the row will need to be submitted to and approved by the City after work has commenced and we have information on what the soil is actually like in the areas to be paved. This is per City codes and standards. Number: 34 Created: 5/11/2006 [5/11/06] For the concrete walk section The bus bay concrete depth is 10 inches Minimum (please add the minimum) Sidewalk within the public row or the easement (where adjacent to the bus bay) shall be 6 inches thick minimum. The concrete for the driveway is to be 8 inches thick minimum. Number: 35 Created: 5/1112006 (5/11/06] 1 can provide base easement or row dedication documents that you can use for this project. Please email me at swamhoff@fcgov.com Number: 36 Created: 5/11/2006 [5/11/06] For your information — When the intersection work at Harmony Shields is under construction the bus stop in the location you are proposing maybe out of service for an extended period of time. We do not have a design yet for this intersection, so we do not yet know what impact if any it will be. As with any road project, construction work and detours will be coordinated with Transfort to keep service and routes as uninterrupted as possible. Page 2
