HomeMy WebLinkAboutADRIAN IMPALA DRIVE SOUTH OF WEST VINE DRIVE - Filed ED-EASEMENT DEDICATION - 2006-08-15X. RESOLUTION NO. PZ06-06 OF THE PLANNING AND ZONING BOARD OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS, ACCEPTING THE DEDICATION OF A UTILITY EASEMENT FROM WILLIAM AND JULIE ADRIAN LOCATED ALONG THE EAST SIDE OF IMPALA DRIVE AND SOUTH OF VINE DRIVE WHEREAS, Section 2-353 (4) of the Code of the City of Fort Collins authorizes the Planning and Zoning Board to accept the dedication of certain easements and rights -of - way by resolution or by approval of replats containing notation of such dedication; and WHEREAS, the City has received a deed of dedication for a utility easement from William and Julie Adrian, which easement is more particularly described on Exhibit "A" attached hereto; and WHEREAS, the dedication has been reviewed and approved by the pertinent City Departments, which departments report no objections to the dedication. NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Planning and Zoning Board of the City of Fort Collins, that the "Deed of Dedication For a Utility Easement" conveying a utility easement to the City from William and Julie Adrian, which deed is attached hereto and incorporated herein as Exhibit "A", is hereby accepted.
