Please note the following additional changes: 1. The 25' access easement on the West side of Lot M 1 will be vacated per the plat. 2. The lot lines on M1 have been adjusted, due to the vacated easement, to allow for more building separation. 3. The grading for Lot M1 has been revised. 4. The Landscaping on Lot M1 has been revised due to new driveway locations. All redlined plans are included in this resubmittal. At your request we have revised the plans for the replat of Lots M I and M5 of Rigden Farm Filing 6 per your comments dated 06-15-2005. Please note the following additional changes: 1. Unique titles have been created for the replats. We are submitting paper copies at this time. We will be submitting signed mylars shortly. 2. Chase Drive was dedicated with the recording of Rigden Farm Filing 6 plat. 3. Acreage on Lot M5 replat has been corrected. 4. Note 13 on the landscape plans have been corrected to read 10' of separation. 5. The intended buyer of the lots has met with Carl Jenkins of the US Postal Service. These lots will share a general mailbox location being installed by DR Horton serving the lots that they are developing. 6. The owners name has been added to the plat. 7. Sidelot utility and drainage easements have been provided. 8. Electric and gas services have been added to the site plans. 9. Overall density has not been increased. Lot M 1 was designated as a triplex building and Lot M5 was designated as a six-plex building. Therefore overall unit count has not changed. 10. All redline comments have been addressed.
