DEED OF DEDICATION FOR RIGHT-OF-WAY
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That the undersigned Poudre Fire
Authority, a quasi -governmental entity whose address is 102 Remington Street, Fort Collins,
Colorado 80524, being the owner of certain real property in Latimer County, Colorado legally
described at Book 2204, Page 0728 of the records of the Latimer County Clerk and Recorder, in
consideration of Ten Dollars ($10.00) in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,
and other good and valuable consideration, does hereby dedicate, transfer and convey to the City
of Fort Collins, Colorado, a Municipal Corporation, for public use forever, a permanent right-of-
way for public street purposes in the City of Font Collins, County of Latimer, State of Colorado,
more particularly described as:
The North 2.2.00 feet of Lot 1 of the Replat of Part of Tract B, Fairway
Estates Third Filing.
It is understood by the undersigned that, by acceptance of this dedication, the City of Fort
Collins does not accept the duty of maintenance of such right-of-way until permanent
improvements have been made and accepted by the City.
