improvements installed in conjunction w�th a portion cf t^e
5unJan-e Hills 2nd filing development. The following improvement -
have been installed as of this date:
lS inch sanitary sewer from Redwood Street west to Blue Spruc'D
Crive.
2. Sanitary sewer services to building numbers 27, 28, 33 and 34.
3. 6 inch waterline from Blue Spruce Drive east 403.58 feet.
4, Water services to building numbers 27, 28, 33 and 34.
5. Concrete curb, gutter and sidewalk on Butch Cassidy Drive ;,c."

Engineering would allow the construction of buildings 27, 2G, 7�
and 14 at this time. However, we will require repairs to Phe
existing curb, gutter and walks prior to releasing certificates of
eccupancy for these units.
Before any additional building permits could be obtained the
development will need to go through the "Development 9evieo"
proness as the remainder of the required improvements have not been
installed and the Utility Plans and Development Agreement ha/e
expzred.
