RE: 3an Cristo P.U.D. - Admin Charges for ROW Dedication
As part of the approval of the San Cristo PUD, the developer was
required to secure title and dedicate to the City a strip of land
in axistinq Tenth Street that had been vacated hack in 1939.
Since the City had built a stroet and installed a water line on
the subjecL and that was not dedicated, the City agreed to pay
for half of the administrative costs to get the land dedicated. I
talked to Gory Diedo about how to pav the City share. Gary not
Wator and Sewer to pay half and Street Oversizing was to pav
half�
The total cost is $343, which includes $250 for legal fees to
Wi11iam Matt and $9J for preparing the logal description Lo
Stewart & Hall of the City costs charged to SLreet
Oversizing is 85.75.
