Comments:
• Access easement to the facility.
• Need to secure all necessary easements for the construction of the facilities from the Poudre
School District.
• Show the access roadway to the facility as per Section 3.8.13(C)(11) of the Land Use Code
(LUC).
• List the colors and materials being proposed for the different structures.
• Fencing material needs to be wood, masonry, or stucco as per Section 3.8.13(C)(5) of the
LUC.
• The proposed fence cannot exceed 6 feet in height as per Section 3.8.13(C)(5) of the LUC.
• Provide landscaping as per Section 3.8,13(C)(4) of the LUC.
