♦ Proposed easement appears to be inside ditch company easement— need their
approval
♦ Show x-section of pole base location with ditch bank
♦ Include picture exhibit of easement with point of beginning, distances and bearings
♦ Identify what dashed lines are
♦ Show access easement and how it will work for emergency vehicles, may need to
be dedicated as emergency access easement
