• Need to show some contours - Why is the retaining wall needed? Which side is being
retained? How high is this wall?
How does the site currently drain? Is this structure going to interfere with the drainage
patterns, or cause pooling?
• Is a sidewalk connection needed from the stairs to the parking lot?
• Need to show the parking stall around the site that will be lost as being stripped out so
that it is clear that they are not parking stalls.
• How is the landscaping to be planted? How much of the asphalt is to be removed? Will a
curb be placed at the new edge of pavement? Is there curb around the edge of the current
parking lot%'
