OF THE PLANNING AND ZONING BOARD
OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
VACATING A TEMPORARY CUL-DE-SAC EASEMENT IN THE
STERLING HOUSE P.U.D., SUBDIVISION
WHEREAS, Section 2-353 (4) of the Code of the City of Fort Collins authorizes the
Planning and Zoning Board to vacate certain easements by resolution or by approval of
replats containing notation of such dedication; and
WHEREAS, the Owner of the STERLING HOUSE P.U.D., has requested the
vacation of a temporary easement on Lot 2 of the, Sterling House P.U.D., and more
particularly described below; and
WHEREAS, the vacation has been reviewed and approved by the pertinent City
Departments, which Departments report no objections to the vacation.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Planning and Zoning Board of the City
of Fort Collins, that the TEMPORARY CUL-DE-SAC EASEMENT on Lot 2, STERLING
HOUSE P.U.D. Subdivision, City of Fort Collins, County of Larimer, State of Colorado,
more particularly described as follows to wit:
A temporary cul-de-sac easement in Lot 2, Sterling House P.U.D., City of
Fort Collins, County of Larimer, State of Colorado which begins at the
Southerwesterly corner of said Lot 2; N00°10'00"E on the westerly line of said lot
2 a distance of 15.46 feet, to a point on curve, said point being on the Northerly Line
of a temporary easement dedication recorded as reception Number 87048909,
Larimer county Records: thence on said Northerly line and on the arc of a curve to
the right, having a delta of 116033'31", a radius of 50.00 feet, a distance of 101.72
feet, the chord of which bears S79°21'46"E a distance of 85.07 feet to the Southerly
line of said Lot 2; thence N89°50'00"W on said Southerly line of said Lot 2 a
distance of 83.65 feet to the point of beginning.
Be and is hereby vacated.
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the Planning and Zoning Board of the
City of Fort Collins held this 20th day of January A.D. 2000.
