PZ99-1 7 OF THE PLANNING AND ZONING BOARD OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS VACATING PCRTIONS OF PARKING, UTILITY, AND ACCESS EASEMENTS ON THE REPLAT OF PART OF THE REPLAT OF LOTS 5 THRU 21 AND TRACTS B, C, D, E AND F WLLLOW LANE WHEREAS, Section 2-353 (4) of the Code of the City of Fort Collins authorizes the Planning and Zoning Board to vacate certain rights -of -way, by resolution or by approval of replats containing notation of such vacation; and WHEREAS, the Owner of Tracts "SS" and "RR" of the Replat of Part_ of the Replat of iots 5 thru 21 and Tracts B, C, D, E and F Willow Lane has requested that the City vacate portions of parking, utility, and access easements on Tracts "SS" and 11RR" of the Replat Of Part of the Replat of lots 5 thru 21 and Tracts B, C, D, E and h' Willow Lane and more particularly described on Exhibit A attached; and WHEREAS, the vacation request has been reviewed and approved by the pertinent City and private utilities, and they report no objections. NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Planning and Zoning Board of the City of Fort Collins, that a 21.0 foot by 22.0 toot and a 16.0 foot by 55.0 foot portion of the parking, utility and access easement on Tract "RR", and a 16.0 foot by 55.0 foot and 21.0 foot by 22.0 foot portion of the parking, utility and access easement on Tract -SS" of the Replat of Part of the Replat of lots S thru 21 and Tracts B, C, D, E and F Willow Lane more particularly described on Exhibit A, attached hereto and incorporated herein by this rclerence, be and is hereby vacated. Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the Planning and Zoning Board of the City of Fort Collins held this 21" day of January A.D. 1999. Chairman A' Secretary V 0V
