you want to vacate all existing easements so that easements on the old plat don't end up
conflicting with building locations You are dedicating new easements on this plat
anyway.
Utility plans
Cover Sheet
• Correct the notes as showr on the plans.
• Unless there is a drainage report for weeping way need to reference the report by name.
Grading, Drainage and Erosion Control Plan and Overall Utility Plan
• On both these sheets you indicate all the open space areas but A5.
Overall Utility Plan
• Label the existing sewer going into the cul-de-sac and indicate what size it is. Label the
thin line that runs behind lots 1 thru 10. Is this an underdrawn7
Street Plan and Profile
Indicate what the existing grades are on Willow Springs Way leading into the curb returns
on Weeping, Way.
