Box 580 Fort Collins, CO 80522 Dear Mike: Enclosed please find an addendum to my soils report for Westbury P.U.D. First :Piling which recommends a different pavement section for Harmony Road than was approved on the utility plans. Empire Laboratories recently did additional borings on Harmony and a new R value test when doing my pavement design for my second filing. The new R value is significantly better than the original one which was done by American Eagle years ago with the Bel Aire condominium project to the west. Originally, I was told I could utilize their design for Harmony Road so Empire never did a new R value test for me along my frontage. Please forward this at your earliest convenience to the appropriate person for approval. We are doing curb and gutter work for Westbury now and would like to do the 5" Asphalt Concrete Surface and 13" Aggregate Base Course alternate. Please call me if you have any questions.
