Are other connections needed to serve commercial tract? More information is needed, drawings stop at R.O.W. of Aleutian Drive, show building envelops 6. Existing curb radii do not match with proposed for street connections on Merganser Drive. If this is the case submit legals, descriptions and exhibits to vacate old rights -of- way and rededicate the correct R.O.W. on this plat. 7. Are any utility connections required for park and school sites from this project? 8. What is purpose of ditch access road? Does it stay as is? What is the buffer distance from wet lands to lot boundaries 11. Label access ramps, curb radii and curb and gutter types 12. Sheet 19 has detail identified but no detail, what is it? 13 Sheet 20 how can elevations with 1" filing when proposed don't line up? 14. Subdrain are shown but I do not have a copy of a ground water study is they one? If not please submit one. 15. Show detail of sidewalk connects from street to canal, open space areas 16. Use city of Fort Collins , Elco or State CDOT details. Eliminate all others 17.
